Schools are always looking for the best professional development possible so staff are prepared with engaging lessons that maximize performance. Teachers need the skills to navigate the curriculum and monitor student outcomes with the ability to determine the most effective ways for their students to excel.

The best approach to achieving this is knowing the specific needs of the school and staff.

I take schools out of the one-training-fits-all model and help them pave their own roadmap to success that encompasses an increase in student achievement and teacher performance.

About Me

New Paragraph

My name is Yvonne Sherba and education is a field I am passionate about and committed to. I started my career in the public school system in 2004 as a high school Registrar and worked my way up to Teacher, Math Coach and Assistant Principal. Through each position I found the single most valuable asset in being effective and efficient in education is proper training and professional development. When I couldn't find a training that gave me what I wanted, I started to research on my own to educate and teach myself how to create dynamic lessons and teach students while keeping them interested in school. When I became an Assistant Principal my goals were to do the same for teachers! Taking the time to collaborate with the teachers and leaders at our school campus gave me insight to what everyone believed our school needed to succeed. I used the information and feedback  to design, facilitate and implement engaging and purposeful professional development strategies that could easily be monitored for success leading to an increase in teacher and student performance with over 52% learning gains within one year for both Reading and Math performance. Addressing the needs specific to our school, staff and students was key to the success and after collaborating with other schools I learned no two schools are identical in what they need.
