Class Attendance

It is the responsibility of the students to attend each session. Parent/Guardian will be notified when a student does not attend a session within 24 hours of the conclusion of the session. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions. However, we would never want a student to miss out on any lessons due to circumstances beyond their control. If a student misses a session we will reach out with options to access the notes and materials.

Session Recordings

For the safety and security of students, instructors and AIMIT Education Consulting LLC, all SAT course sessions will be recorded by the instructor at the start of each session. Individuals are not permitted to record sessions on their own using personal devices such as phones, computers, tablets, iPads, tech glasses, etc. AIMIT Education Consulting LLC owns all rights to session recordings. Anyone other than AIMIT Education Consulting LLC is not permitted to post or publish any portions of any recordings to social media outlets including but not limited to You Tube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Any portions of recordings used by AIMIT Education Consulting for social media would be conducted only after removing participant information.

Refunds

Cancellations made by May 25, 2026 qualify for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit of $600. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after May 25, 2026.

SAT Refresher Sessions

All students who take the Summer SAT Course will be forwarded the opportunity to take an SAT refresher session during the week of August 10th free of charge. This session will be an overview of skills and strategies in preparation for the first SAT of school year scheduled for August 15th. Though students are not required to take the SAT on this date, it is highly recommended to avoid long gaps in preparation from the conclusion of the SAT Course to an actual SAT test day. 

Acely AI Subscription

All SAT course registrations include a 6-month subscription to Acely AI with full access to their platform which includes both SAT and ACT materials. The 6-month subscription is equal to 26 weeks+1 week free of 24/7 access. Subscriptions will begin on June 1, 2026 and will expire at 11:59pm on December 5, 2026. This provides students access to all materials necessary to practice and prepare for every SAT test that is offered from June-December. The subscription to Acely is purchased and activated by AIMIT Education Consulting LLC and will generate an invite to the platform. Acely AI will only request the student name, student email address, parent name and parent email address. AIMIT Education Consulting LLC will have access to view all student work in Acely AI including but not limited to daily practice time, student performance at all levels, timing per question, etc. Visit acely.com for additional information. 

Referral Rewards

When a person refers a student to the SAT course, they can receive $50 if the following criteria are met:

• During course registration “Yes” is checked for the referral section.
• During the course registration, referral information is provided in the designated section including but not limited to first name, last name, and email address.

Referrers will be contacted by email to confirm necessary information needed to send payment. Referral rewards will be paid through Zelle the week of June 5th – June 9th.

Referral information is ONLY accepted at the time of registration and will not be accepted at any other time. It is the responsibility of the person registering to provide the referral information at the time they register a student for the course. AIMIT Education Consulting LLC is not responsible for incorrect information provided by registrants. It is the responsibility of the referrer to acknowledge and respond to any communication regarding a referral to ensure the accuracy of the details needed for reward payment.
